At this time, we are not able to offer online ordering via credit card. Please download our PDF order form, where you will find all the selections available on this Web site. Print out the form, fill in your order, and send it to us with a check for the appropriate amount.

Shipping costs are determined by order size, $6.00 minimum. Any additional shipping charges will be billed upon delivery. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
